Running from Palaisplatz near the River Elbe, past the Dreikönigskirche to Albertplatz, Königstrasse is one of Dresden's most prominent streets. Designed by master architect Matthaus Daniel Poppelmann in 1731, the street is now home to some of the city's finest restaurants and most fashionable boutiques.
