What better view over the town than from the other side, i.e. Hisingen island The view is spectacular, both during the day and at night. You can see as far as Kungälv on the other side. In the centre, there is a plateau with a stone table "compass" of some visible sights in town. But Ramberget itself is beautiful as well, and has its share of Swedish history. Well worth visiting!! Keep in mind that the road and pathways have steep inclines though, since you are walking up a (small) mountain!
