The unpretentious modern atmosphere of this restaurant/cafe in the garden of the School for Performing Arts makes it a place to come back to again and again. Prices are purposely cheap to attract an arty, intellectual crowd: a glass of wine costs just 2.50 leva, unheard of in the centre of Sofia. The menu offers a few home-made Bulgarian dishes such as bean stew with sausage, as well as salads and grilled meats. Both indoors and out are done out in simple white wooden furniture; a parachute-type canopy hangs over the courtyard. In the winter it turns into a smoking 'bubble'. Various theatrical performances take place indoors and guests are welcome to take their food inside and watch while they eat.
