There's an authentic feel to this Irish pub. English and Irish builders have come to blows here in the past and after a certain time it's difficult to refuse a drink. There are English and Irish beers to choose from, Belgian Kirsch beer and hard spirits and the music is as genuine as the many road signs, signposts and bank notes from around the world that decorate the pub. The small selection of food is also, as you would expect, typically British - unusual but simply delicious. This is a gritty but hearty place to relax.
