Unleash your creative side and paint pottery! Pottery painting is fun, relaxing and creative for both adults and kids. Design your own personalised piece, or create a gift for family or friends. It's easy to achieve great looking results, no artistic talent is required. We will be on hand to assist you, and have idea books and sample pieces available, should you require inspiration. Choose a piece of pottery from our wide variety of pieces including functional tableware, figurines, ornaments, money banks, trinket boxes, and a wide range of items especially for children. Pick your colours and paint the piece with your chosen design. Once painted, we take your painted item, and glaze it and fire it in our kiln. Your 'one of a kind' piece of artwork will be ready for collection within one week, ensuring that you have created your very own memento of your visit to Donegal. We operate an open studio throughout the day, simply call in whenever you like and paint whatever you like. For groups of 8 or more, please call us in advance and we will be happy to save you a table or two. The studio is available outside normal opening hours for groups of 8 or more. All items are priced individually. Our items range in price from €7 to €45. For groups greater than 8 in number, we offer an additional discount. Our studio can seat up to 45 people.We run a series of summer programmes each year, details of these can be found on our website.
