A mouth-watering menu of steak dishes, using grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef in a range of cuts and sauces, as well as a number of other modern European dishes, appeal to all tastes. Signature starters include a traditionally dressed, hand-picked Cornish crab, as well as slow roast pork belly. Main course highlights are 10oz ribeye steak with portobello mushroom, beef tomato and sauce bearnaise; and spatchcock chicken, chipolatas and bread sauce.
