Kucuksu Palace (Kucuksu Kasri)

Kucuksu

About

Surrounded by two freshwater streams that simultaneously flow into the gorgeous Bosphorus, this small palace used to be a weekend getaway spot Ottoman aristocracy and their minions. It was built in 1856 so it's history is not as rich as some of the other ancient palaces in Istanbul but the view alone is worth the trip out there. It is also known as the Goksu Pavilion.
