Kuishin Bo is the first to introduce a new local dining concept in Japanese buffet meal, with a wide spread of food including zuwaikani (snow crabs), appetizers, sashimi, sushi, seafood, teppanyaki, tempura, oden, soba, udon, ramen, hot dishes, desserts, cakes, soft drinks, coffee, tea and more.
Listen out for the trademark "Dong Dong Dong Kuishin Bo" announcement in the restaurant. This familiar jingle, which plays out approximately every half an hour during dinner, signals the limited serving of special food items, on a first come first served basis. This jingle is so catchy that even kids are humming it.
