Cumbaya is a tipical weekend destiny for locals who like Ecuadorian food, there are many restaurants but La Casa Dela Fritada is my favorite, very fresh food and exelent flavor, to get to Cumbaya you can get public transportation or hire a cab this will cost about $10 is a fun ride, you'll engoy the view of the Tumbaco valley.
