This regal restaurant offers a comprehensive range of Cantonese cuisine. The classic ballroom-like decor could pass as a setting from an old Chinese movie. The prices are on the high side, but are justified by the good value meals and the unforgettable ambiance. The food is delightfully unpretentious with its minimal presentation yet maximum flavor. Although it is somewhat unexpected to find the Durian Pancake in the dessert menu, this is one of the most popular items that is not to be missed. Other favorites include paper-wrapped steamed chicken and spiced meatballs. Fresh juices and soft drinks are also available.
