Located just a short distance south of downtown Orlando in St. Cloud, Lake Lizzie Preserve provides a breathtaking natural setting the whole family can enjoy. It is a great place to go to get back to Mother Nature and away from all the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. Encompassing 984 acres, Lake Lizzie Preserve contains 14 miles of walking or hiking trails, numerous horse trails, plus an abundance of natural wildlife that can be viewed throughout the undeveloped sections of the park. It contains two lakes, Lake Lizzie and Trout Lake, and is part of the "Great Florida Birding Trail" too. - Diane Dilov-Schultheis
