Le Bouchon is in the centre of town up some stairs, and it's all open doors and welcoming. You quickly feel a little more Francais, and with French staff, red gingham table cloths, and a free Bellini on arrival, it's not hard to forget you're in Asia for a while. You can sit at the bar on the lovely big stools, or get a table and get some food in. The tartars are a must, and the soups were delicious, but nothing beats those moules man.
