Le Foret focuses on serving sophisticated French food in a comfortable fine dining atmosphere. Chef Jimmy Corwell prepares flavorful French dishes from a menu that features dishes like Le Foret champignons, trout paupillette with oyster stew, and grilled tenderloin filet of beef mascot. While many of the flavors found on Le Foret's menu are French, Chef Corwell creates many of his meals with locally sourced ingredients.
