On 5 May 2011, the hotel received 'palace' status. Ideally situated in front of the Tuileries Gardens, between Place de la Concorde and the Louvre, the hotel boasts 18th century architecture and 160 guest rooms decorated in Louis XVI style with marble bathrooms. The communal areas have been entirely redecorated by Philippe Starck, conserving the luxurious atmosphere linked to the heart and soul of our establishment. The restaurant, Le Dali, with its monumental canvas painted by Ara Starck offers a very modern menu. The 3 Michelin star chef, Alain Ducasse, manages the restaurant Le Meurice, which is inspired by the Salon de la Paix at the Château de Versaille. The Spa Valmont uses the most prestigious of natural products from the Swiss Alps and recent discoveries regarding biotechnology.
