Along Lee Garden Road, running between Kai Chui Road and Hennessy Road, there are several factory outlets selling clothes at bargain basement prices, as well as a few small local fashion shops. The factory outlets sell mainly casual style clothing, including sportswear and even ski apparel. Items to look out for are designer cast-offs or sample goods, which are a fraction of the retail price, usually with only minor or no apparent defects. Besides clothing, there is a toy and games shop and a hair salon located along this road.
