This gallery just outside of Jogjakarta offers something a little different to Batik collectors: a chance to visit the studios of renown Batik artists and villages and meet with them as they work. Social Entrepreneur Tatang Wibowo started this project in 2011 as a way to continue supporting local artists of the area in an innovative tourism model. It's a rare opportunity to make a connection with the people who make Batik.
