Li Jiang is relatively new in town; we had high hopes for the Ritz-Carlton's take on South East Asian.Guests chatted happily, while the chefs tossed and turned dishes in woks and on grills. Walls of spices and ornamental flavours give the restaurant an almost homely feel; complemented by tastefully dimmed lighting and hardwood floors.
