Liberty Park, between 700 East and 600 East and 900 South and 1300 South. Salt Lake City's "Central Park" with many different areas for many different activities including a small amusement park (very small), a large pond that sometimes has paddle boats available, fountains to play in, children's play area, swimming pools, tennis courts, bbq areas, plenty of green space, tall shade trees, bike and running paths. There are plenty of eye-opening and educational experiences among the wonderful canopy of large trees, two on-site springs and beautiful flowers. Offers year-round exhibits, bird shows, bird-themed crafts and avian encounters. $5, $4 students/seniors, $3 children, 3 and under free..
