If you have lost something during your stay at HKIA, stay calm and find help at the Lost and Found Office at Shop 088 on Level 5 of Terminal 2. The office provides lost property registration, storage, enquiry, and retrieval services for items lost in the terminals.The office is operated by Guardforce Limited.
