Dedicated carnivores are well catered for in Rio de Janeiro, and this steakhouse in the residential neighborhood of Flamengo is an excellent place to sample Brazilian beef. Here, more than a dozen different cuts are available, with the filet mignon and picanha (a cut which comes with a crisp layer of fat) favorites among the many regular customers. Service is excellent, valet parking is available, and for those travelling by public transport, Flamengo metro station is just a short stroll away.
