This cart is always busy with the locals crowding around 3 deep waiting on dosas.  Perfect dosas served up with a smile.The ingredients are fresh.  The dosas are crisp on the outside but are cozily wrapped around a nice medley of vegetables.  The coconut chutney accompanies the dosa perfectly . Look for this cart selling excellent, freshly-made-before-your-eyes masala dosas across from the Fort.  .you can enjoy  Watching him makeing of the dosa.
