The Merri Creek Trail is a shared use path for cyclists and pedestrians that follows the Merri Creek through the northern suburbs of Melbourne , Victoria , Australia.There are many places to get on and off the trail and there are many other bike paths that join or intersect with Merri Creek. It's a great way to avoid the hustle & bustle of the city traffic & although not demanding a good form of exercise. There are many interesting things along the way & if you go all the way to the city.Starting at Dights Falls and wangling its way across the city to the Western Ring Road, the 21Km Merri Creek trail , but easy to ride path. With only a few on-road sections .It is a safe and easy riding path.
