This food is a legend in Medan.  It's stir fried noodle or rice noodle with shrimp paste. The prawn was big and the smell very tempted. And it was LARD and PORK free.  My favourite is Kuay Teow Belacan and Fried Rice with salty fish. The chicken rice next to Ahai (Aman) worth trying as well.
