Milap Restaurant, Near Amarsagar Gate, Bhaskar Mohella. The locals highly recommend this homely vegetarian eatery run by a Brahmin family. No menu, just a thali of whatever is on offer for 70Rs (as of Jan 2013), with 10Rs refill for the sabzi of your choice. Dal bati churema (a local Rajasthani specialty) is available on special order. Delicious authentic home-made food. The rotis with fresh ghee are to die for!
