Mirchi, (meaning hot peppers) is a new, start up business in Edenderry. This is going to be a signature style, contemporary, Indian fusion restaurant, featuring traditional north Indian, Mughlai, south Indian and Hyderabadi cuisine.The name “Mirchi” denotes a bold kind of authentic Indian cuisine. It will be a restaurant where speciality cuisines of different regions in India will be recreated with a variety of spices to really enhance the taste buds of the food lover.After much research, it is hoped that it will make a very welcome addition to the ethnic dining scene in Ireland. With 55 covers, it is envisaged that Mirchi will provide a unique experience for diners to sample India through her world of fine cuisine across an infinite range of flavours.
