This family run bar and restaurant is the ideal stopping off point for anyone touring the Burren. They serve a wide range of dishes, but are renowned for their delicious and fresh seafood chowder. They use fresh, local ingredients and all their beef is of Irish origin. The pub has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is the perfect place to hear some Traditional Irish music at the weekend. Monks Bar and Restaurant can cater for private parties and also provide onsite B&B accommodation. From June to September they open from 12pm until 9pm daily and from October to May from 12pm until 8pm.
