About

This fine place was opened in 2007 in the Nu Pera building in Tepebasi by two young and talented chefs, both trained abroad immensely in culinary arts and studies. The idea on which the chefs based, the opening of this fine restaurant was to create "more" from basic ingredients and hence to mix-match unique tastes. The chefs did separate along the way, but Owner Chef Esra Muslu continues to cherish her clients with culinary delicacies. The place, which can only accommodate up to 28 people, is decorated mostly in red, white and black with samples of  modern Turkish art on the walls. The menu is bewildering. From the starters give a chance to fried camembert cheese served with cherry sauce, and if that sounds too breakfast-like to you, try the pan fried scallops. Main dishes vary from meat and fish to pasta. My personal favorite is the risotto with asparagus and satsuma. This is definitely to die for. For dessert do have the white chocolate mousse with black olives and turkish-coffee ice cream. It tastes extremely delicious. Stay after dinner for a bit of clubbing. A crowd that knows have to fun is sure to arrive.
