Mr Moto is Leipzig's first sushi bar, and is fairly typical in that customers don't sit at individual tables, but instead around a circular bar on which the sushi floats by on small plates. A selection of Japanese beer and whisky (Old Suntory) helps you to wash down the raw fish. The room layout enables diners to see how the sushi is prepared.
