Nihari is a very popular traditional dish. It is made from the soft meat of mutton, beef or even chiken. Muhammadi Nihari House offers the best Nihari I have tried in North Punjab and Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa. A $2 bill would do for two people and the tatse is unforgettable. My personnal favourite is Maghaz Nihari (fried).
