Noir has a the dense mystery surrounding.  The former owner of Noir(was Capocaccia) has changed not only the name, devoting himself to a design of Total Black from walls, sofas and especially atmosphere reminiscent of a famous Paris club. It also changes the food, the drink is always renewed richer for your exciting evenings.
