This 20 year-old diving school offers courses at all levels from the open water certificate (which costs less to take in the off-season) to courses to qualify as diving instructors. There is a dive shop with equipment for sale and hire. It runs various courses including night diving, advanced open water, deep diving, dive master and distress and rescue. There are also several weekly excursions in the Tel Aviv area aimed at certified divers. Autumn and spring are the best times for visibility. This part of the Mediterannean can be quite rough with a lot of sediment disturbing visibility.
