Golf was originally played at the current site of Old Padeswood Golf Club over 100 years ago. The current club was established in 1977 and increased to 18 holes in 1985. The course benefits from being in a tranquil area with an abundance of wildlife, many varieties of birds of prey can be seen flying over the rolling and open parkland course.
Situated on the Cheshire and North Wales border in the county of Flintshire, we have magnificent views of the Clwydian Mountain Range including Moel Famau with its jubilee tower perched on top.
The location of the course makes it easy to find, we are close to the Welsh town of Mold, 7 Miles from Wrexham and 10 miles west of the historical city of Chester. The A 55 runs close by, so we are within an hour's drive of Manchester, Liverpool and the North West.
