One of the best places in town to take that talk in the ear, the bar is a bucolic home in a hidden corner of Sion. The decor mixes hydraulic tile, exposed brick walls, windows made with demolition material and a stained glass window over 200 years. The intimate space has only seven tables and a side counter surrounded by 12 high stools, place preferred by some customers. The indirect light and a carefully chosen selection of songs and played at low volume, increase the romantic atmosphere, ideal to ask for a wine. The dishes are a selection of recipes tried by owner chef Marco Aurélio Pereira over the years, merging the best of national and international cuisine. The fondue steak wine, with breads, cheeses and sauces, is a contribution of others, but the menu has become indispensable due to its great success.
