A holy tourist destination which is the main temple of Renukaji, Renuka temple is dedicated to Goddess Renuka. A celebratory event is organized in the month of November every year. It is believed that the temple embraced Lord Parshurama, who wished to pass all his life at his mother's feet. The beautiful place is believed to have been erected overnight in early 19th century by force of Gurkhas.
