Paul Kruger House Museum

About

The Paul Kruger House Museum was previous home of the Boer resistance leader and was built in 1884 by architect Tom Claridge. The cement used was mixed with milk instead of water. This is the first home to receive electricity. There are two lions guarding on the veranda which was his 71st birthday gift. Across the road is the Dutch reformed Church where Kruger used to preach.
