The Feasibility study for a Beach Cafe (Bar) at Innani Beach on the road side of the Cox's Bazar and Innani Marine drive highway is prepared for Financial Support for Bank or any Financial Institute. The Pearl Bay Beach Cafe is an exclusive highway Bar & Restaurant of International Standard with Eco friendly structural design by renowned Architect Mr. Sultan Habib (Goga) from BUET and Interior design by Chittagong Art College Mr. S. M. Nayeem of Inframe. This Beach cafe will be inside the Picnic Spot of under supervision of District Commissioner of Cox's Bazar which is located at Nidania, Jaliya Palang, Ukiah, Cox's Bazar beach area by the Marine drive road side. This Beach Cafe Bar will be made with totally Eco Friendly materials only no bricks will be use. Now a day Innani beach area is the most attractive tourist spot of Bangladesh with Coral Stone. It's a wonderful clean sandy exclusive beach area with blue water of the Bay of Bengal and opposite side we will find picturesque background of a chain hills covered with deep forest runs parallel up to the Teknuf Beach area.
