For 30 years Raul has been serving up his signature dish -- 400 grams of picanha steak on the grill, with side order of macaxeira (manioc), farofa, and garlic bread -- in this space just off the beach in Iracema. Ice-cold beer is the beverage of choice while for dessert, there's a range of homemade fruit sweets.
