This is the perfect place if you want to see La Paz city, there you might see since the famous Illimani, the mountain (volcano) that is a characteristic of this city and some of the old zones in La Paz, it's located in Sopocachi, in fact there's a song (a tango song) about this place, a good one!, it's romantic, it's pacific, it's nice, the perfect place if you wanna take pics, you can't say you've been in La Paz if you weren't on the Monticulo ;)
