The environment has  inspired decor at fairs  and shows its charm at night when it is lit by candles. In days of warm weather, the porch is a nice place to enjoy the menu, dominated by  vegetarian dishes .But the orchard is neither 100% organic or 100% vegan, vegetarian or 100%. It's a little bit of everything. The idea is to bring   dishes made exclusively with organic products, no animal fats, lactose, gluten, dyes, preservatives, canned or embedded products and no animal meat
