Praelum, or wine press'in Latin, is a quaint wine bistro on Duxton Hill that delivers a delicate balance of forces and gets it right. Head Sommelier-cum-General Manager Gerald Lu is an internationally certified Sommelier who was awarded best in Singapore in 2010. It's little wonder then that at Praelum, everything seems to have been fitted under expert advice, including the enomatic machines used to dispense wine ' an innovation that keeps bottles fresh after uncorking and allows for exquisite wines to be served and sampled by the glass.
