One of Kamloops's finest restaurants, Pronto is a favorite for special occasions. About half of the menu is devoted to seafood; grilled steelhead trout is dusted with lemon pepper and served with tomato-sherry sauce. The meat dishes have a European flavor, ranging from pork schnitzel to rack of lamb with mint and merlot.
