A very friendly Vietnamese restaurant with a large selection of Asian specialties makes the Quan Van one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in town. The owner inherited his predecessor's furniture but the bamboo umbrellas and authentic Vietnamese accessories have made this the kind of place that bustles with those that live nearby or love oriental food. The food is more wide-ranging than what your average local Chinese joint would have to offer and it is moderately priced. The lunch-menu is full of oriental treasures. If you are dining here in the evening, then do finish your meal with a cocktail.
