About

Quetzalcoatl Statue is a Quetzal Serpent and is an 8 feet high structure. The sculptor Robert Graham built the figure entirely in bronze. A Quetzalcoatl is an ancient feathered serpent of Mexico that is an important deity of the Aztecs. It is also considered to be a god of power and is colorful like the bird 'Quetzel', hence the name. According to the Aztecs, he is supposed to have organized the original cosmos and involved in creating and destroying major world periods. An interesting structure for those with an inclination towards the Aztec school of thought and for those who simply like mythological motifs.
