Rakcham is in Kinnaur Dist of Himachal Pradesh and 240 Km from Simla and located between Sangla and Chitkul. It is also the second last village of India before the Tibet border.  Rakcham is a very beautiful place. It is also famous for boulder rock climbing by foreigners. It is covered with snow for almost 8 months in a year.
