Raku-Ya follows the ideology of "Izakaya", which simply means a place where one can eat and drink. The best thing about Raku-Ya is that you can sit down with your friends and order a full table of little plates for everyone to share. The prices aren't the cheapest in town, but the quality is undeniably excellent. Raku-Ya also offers good Japanese beers and liquors, and not just sake but also whiskies, sochu and umesu.
