Ram Niwas Garden is a garden situated in Jaipur city in Indian state of Rajasthan. The historical garden is located in the heart of the city and covers an area of 33 acres and was built by Maharaja Sawai Ram Singh in 1868. The park is free and open to the public seven days a week, but the Jaipur Zoo is closed every Tuesday. As with many attractions in India, expect to pay a higher fee as a foreigner than what locals are charged.
