Raniban is on the top of Pumbibumdi hill. Apparently its a hill as its only 1500 metres above sea level. Its still very high and with a fantastic view of the Himalyas, Pokhara city below, the World Peace Pagoda (also below), and Lake Fewa. The rooms have an awe inspiring view of the mountains. It was awe inspiring to watch the sun rise over the mountains, and over my toes from within my bed. I could also watch the eagles and gryphons fly lower than my feet.
