Republic Pub is a sports bar, English pub and live-music venue rolled into one. Four 42-inch TVs show sports from around the world. Darts and billiards, meanwhile, entertain during down times. At night, the pub welcomes bands (mostly pop) and begins charging cover (Rs. 15 for women, Rs. 25 for men). Wednesday is Guinness Day, with the Irish brew discounted to Rs. 12 per pint.
