Mandalay Bay might seem like an unlikely place for an Irish bar, but Ri Ra, which has locations in other U.S. cities, has an outpost here. The ambiance is 19th Century Irish Pub, and they describe their food as "Irish Bistro." Look for dishes like Whiskey Garlic Mussels, a pasta dish that includes spring peas, oven dried cherry tomato, piquant peppers, lemon- cheese sauce, and add grilled chicken or smoked salmon—not your typical Irish pub fare. You will find dishes that ring truer to what you'd expect to find: Shepherd's Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Bangers and Mash. You'll find a full bar, of course, full of a wide selection of spirits and beers.
