Roman Theater and Archaeological Museum

About

The theater can be found across the River Adige; next to it is the archaeological museum. The theater hosts important gatherings, plays and recitals during Roman times, and it still does. The gateway to the theatre was preserved while the stage and the stone seats were reconstructed. Many of Verona's ancient relics are being kept in the nearby museum including scriptures, sculptures, Roman bronze statues, and many more.
